Prince Casino Privacy Policy: What We Collect and Why

Collected only if it serves a stated purpose. The policy covers players 19+ in Canada (18+ in AB, MB, QC).

  1. Data from sign-up and cashier

Six data groups. Each has one stated job.

    • Identity: name, date of birth, address. Used for the age check and one account per person.
    • Contact: email, phone. Used for account notices and security codes.
    • Payment: card or e-wallet references, CAD transactions. Used to process deposits and withdrawals.
    • KYC documents: ID and proof of address. Used to verify the account before the first payout.
    • Device and IP: browser, device type, IP address. Used for fraud checks and region rules.
    • Gameplay logs: sessions, bets, bonus activity, slot history. Used for wagering progress, limits and disputes.

    Verdict: six groups, no extras.

  2. Cookies and analytics

Three cookie types. Only one is required.

    • Essential: keep the session and the cashier working. The Prince Casino login session relies on them.
    • Analytics: count page visits and load errors.
    • Marketing: measure which campaign brought a visit.

Analytics and marketing cookies can be switched off in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies ends the login session.

    Verdict: one required, two optional.

  3. Sharing with payment and KYC providers

Data leaves our systems only for a named task.

    • Payment processors: to move CAD by Interac e-Transfer, card or crypto.
    • Identity verification vendors: to check KYC documents.
    • Fraud and AML checks: to flag stolen cards and money laundering.
    • Regulators: only on lawful request.
    • Affiliate tracking: limited to anonymised click IDs, no names or emails.
We do not sell personal data.

Verdict: shared by task, never sold.

  4. Messages sent through the contact form

The site has a contact form. A message from it (name, email, topic, text) is passed for processing to the operator of the site network. The operator is a separate entity acting as a data processor. The site itself does not keep the message after delivery.

The only purpose of this transfer is to review the message and reply to it.

The sender's IP address is not stored. Abuse protection uses only an irreversible hash of it.

The form does not accept attachments.

Links and contact details inside the message text are hidden automatically for security reasons.

Messages are kept for up to 180 days. After that, the name, email and text are deleted. Only anonymised statistics remain: topic, language, date.

Sending a message requires your explicit consent, given by ticking the box in the form.

To find out what data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write through the same form with the topic «Privacy / data request».

    Verdict: 180 days, then gone.

  5. Retention periods

Account, KYC and transaction records are kept for the period our licence terms and anti-money-laundering rules require. This policy sets no fixed figure for them.

180 days is the limit for contact form messages. After that, only topic, language and date remain.

    Verdict: law sets the clock.

  6. Your rights in Canada

Federal privacy law (PIPEDA) applies, plus provincial rules such as Quebec Law 25.

    • Access: ask what data we hold about you.
    • Correction: fix a wrong name, address or date of birth.
    • Deletion: ask us to erase data we no longer need. Records that the law requires us to keep stay until that period ends.
    • Withdrawal of consent: stop marketing and optional cookies at any time.
    • Complaint: the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.

Requests go through the contact form with the topic «Privacy / data request».

    Verdict: five rights, one route.
